Pixiv id -> pixiv/blog nick and blog name.
While I'm at it, why isn't there a general thread for non-pixiv(###) artists aliases and renamings?

It seems nobody ever made such a thread.
Let's use forum #46810, like jjj14 has been doing.
This alias (https://danbooru.donmai.us/tag_aliases/6270) is causing post #1525476 to be miscategorized, since piw (artist #100826) is also the pixiv nickname for a different artist, and the artist profile here was recently updated to reflect that.
Should the alias be removed, since aruya_(flosrota) (artist #19706) doesn't seem to be in the habit of using "piw"?
Note: post #1555361 is also by the same artist (piw, not aruya); it's currently labeled mikitaka.
(Still new here, sorry if I've made any mistakes.)
