Tag Alias: frog_suit -> frog_costume

Aliasing frog_suit -> frog_costume.

Reason: Consistency with the other [animal]_costume tags. (Not to mention the phrase "frog suit" makes me think of this)

It's a brand of diving equipment but that's a non-issue.

We'd also probably want to make aliases for all the other animal *_suit tags as well, if any of them aren't already aliased.

I'd imagine the reason "frog suit" was used is because that was the name of the frog outfit from the Mario Bros series.

There is something called the FROG uniform, used by the USMC, of which the upper part of is called the "FROG suit" but I think that's way to technical for use here since unless you know what it is, its just another camouflage uniform.

You're probably thinking of "Frog men" and the suits they wear.
