Tag Alias: hand_bra -> covering_breasts

Aliasing hand_bra -> covering_breasts.

Reason: covering_breasts includes covering the breasts with the hands. hand_bra is this.
We could alias handbra too.

Too bad handbra and hand_bra have zero posts.

I would have probably made the tag if I didn't find covering_breasts.
We don't need a tag to exist already to alias it, right?

There is a pixiv tag that is effectively hand_bra so may as well.

There comes a time when language should be re-examined. For example, I always thought "car bra" was a misnomer because these items don't uplift or support anything on the car. Ergo, "car mask" is more correct.

IMHO hand_bra is not needed because in cases where hands are actually supporting breasts, there is breast_lift.
