Reason: it's a tiny tag, but there's no doubt every recumbent bicycle is a bicycle.

It's one post, even pixiv only has 13 most of which are poorly drawn or off topic. We don't really need an implication.

I support it on the basis that it doesn't hurt anything not to have an implication.
