If you only want to see female pubic hair, why not just pubic_hair -male_pubic_hair?

It's more that using that query will make it impossible to find pictures where only the female has pubic hair in a 1girl+1boy search.

It seems that pubic_hair -male_pubic_hair might be fitting. It's not a perfect fit because you can't add in a hetero tag, but you still get a lot hetero images.

Yeah but that search has either pics where both have pubic hair, and ones where only women have it. There's no way to distinguish them (not to mention the fact that male_pubic_hair is very underpopulated, making it impossible to have a decent reliable search, but that's another matter - see pubic_hair male_focus -male_pubic_hair for example, which had ~200 posts before I cleaned it up, or other similar searches).

It's a possibility that we have too high conditions for this tag's usage here.
I think a valid two tag search is sometimes used to replace a combined tag (like heart_print_thighhighs gets split into heart print + thighhighs) or to exclude a tag completely while searching for another tag, like you don't want to see male pubic hair in a pubic hair search.
Of course one can look and create a new tag that isn't covered by a two tag search already.
But if that doesn't work it might be that this (very) specific search query might not be covered with two tags alone.
