Tag discussion - flailing arms/hands between legs

I can't think of a better term for what the pocky box is doing post #15848. Looked through the tags but didn't see a match.

hands_between_legs

Much the same as above

You could probably get away with flailing_arms just being called flailing.

Flapping is the closest existing tag I could find.

As for hands_between_legs, there's already a hand_between_legs. Not to mention dress_tug, skirt_tug, and covering_crotch.

For the second one, we have v_arms.

Seems like a good one but there is some definite overlap with hand_between_legs

Going with v_arms.
