Aliasing platform_boots to platform_shoes

May I alias platform boots to platform shoes? The latter tag has been used more extensively.

We do actually separate between boots and shoes though. Would it be worthwhile to keep it and have it implicate both platform_shoes and boots, or would just doing a boots platform_shoes search suffice?

I think it should be handled the same way than the legwear tags (forum #56675), that is, platform_footwear + the appropriate shoe tag.

The only other tag needed is platform_heels to distinguish between flat (post #804527) and raised platforms (post #846374).

Which unless disagreement boils things down to:
- removing the two implications that were done here (sorry),
- aliasing or mass editing platforms and platform_shoes to platform_footwear,
- implicating platform_heels to platform_footwear.
