We have all those breast_ tags, so that's one point for leaving it as breast_measuring.

I wouldn't say it's more scientific or even necessarily better. But the "three sizes" when used for tailoring or something like that is usually "bust, waist, hips". I'm fine with either, but I'd probably vote for "bust".

Pretty much what's said here. I'm not gonna really push for it, however.

You're measuring the chest (bust) not the breasts themselves so I would say bust is more grammatically correct.
