Ahh, I should've already figured that. Ever since my laser broke, my reasoning broke.

Apologies for digging this thread back out of the grave, but I'm reopening the trac Fred1515 started. After seeing that all of rantuyetmai's deletions on the Mod Action page have been permanent deletions, I'm requesting that permanent deletions be restricted to admins only.
Here is what I wrote on the trac ticket:
In light of Moderator rantuyetmai's recent spree of permanent deletions, I am reopening this trac and requesting that the ability to permanently delete posts be restricted to admins only. Barring cases such as image file errors or illegal images, there is no good reason for any post to require a permanent deletion, and special cases would need the attention of an admin anyway. The power to permanently delete posts is a dangerous tool that should be handled with utmost care, and it does not make sense to give it to more people than is absolutely necessary.
I've pinged rantuyetemai to hear what he has to say about the permanent deletions.
Most (?) of the deletions seem to be around there being a better parent post. For example, post #821985. (Use google cache to see it. It was a child of post #821994).
There's also post #869336. Uploaded by rantuyetmai, then deleted by rantuyetmai due to "Proportions". It's this pixiv post
It's kind of hard to tell what exactly was permanently deleted since you have to go to the Google cache to look at it. Which, of course, is one reason for people not to be doing permanent deletions.
