『ノーラと刻の工房』(ノーラとときのこうぼう)
The first kanji is usually read "koku", but it's given the furigana "toki" here.
ノーラ is usually Nora/Norah, and Wiki has it as Nora, but it's Noora on the official Japanese page. Could probably use aliases from nora_to_koku_no_koubou/noora_to_koku_no_koubou/nora_to_toki_no_koubou, since all three of those are at least somewhat common ("nora to toki no koubou" is easily the most common Google result among all four).
