Larger versions of images

Posted under General

If I had larger resolution version of an entire set of images (grouped through a parent-child relationship), would I group each highres image to it smaller counterpart, or group them as a separate parent-child to the larger first image? Or should I not even bother?

Well, the highest res should be the parent... Let me think here...

I think this is the best way to go about it: parent each high res image to its low res counterpart (that way, if we delete the low res versions, the favorites get transfered to the right image, ie. the high res version of the same image), and then make a pool with all the high res images in order.

How does that sound?

Just go to "pools" at the top and click "create", then name it whatever it is this pool is about (Samba De Amigo CG Collection, or whatever), and then you can click "add to pool" on each image.

Or, a quicker method, make sure you tag each of your images with a unique tag for that pool ("Samba_De_Amigo_CG_Collection" in my example), then make the pool and click "import" and search for that tag. You can import all the images that have that tag in one go, saving you quite a bit of back-and-forth.
