How much alteration is needed for alternate color tag?

I just uploaded post #1071573 and while tagging, I was unsure about adding the alternate color tag. The problem is only Cirno's hair bow is a different color, while the rest of her outfit is the canon appearance. How much clothing should be altered to warrant this tag?

One or two changed articles shouldn't matter. We can tell by her overall appearance that it's plain ol' Cirno.

The change should be a lot more radical and obvious, such as post #1071573 versus post #981767. The Wiki even says "Different colored versions of a character's original attire and overall appearance."

There's an alternative hair color tag though in the case of that post I doubt it makes much difference from Cirno's usual color.

Just for the record, her green bow is part of her canon appearance. She wears it in both Phantasmagoria and Hisoutensoku. A lot of reoccurring Touhou characters experience minor changes like these throughout the games.

^ The same is true for characters' eye colors, for some strange reason. Youmu's eye color changes three times throughout the games (EoSD - red; IaMP - blue; SWR - Green; TD - Yellow) and makes tagging her images with alternate_eye_color quite... ambiguous.

Ah, never really paid attention there. Really only play the main shooters. Thanks for the info.
