Tag Alias: glowing_eye -> single_glowing_eye

Aliasing glowing_eye -> single_glowing_eye.

Reason: Easier differentiation.

I wonder how much gain the name change will provide, since much of the mistake will occur while entering in the tag and this alias will still mean that the mistake will continue to occur during that step. Also since the new name begins with a different letter, and one that isn't close in the ordering, it would be very easy to end up missing the mistake in high tag count posts. It could even result in a few cases of people tagging it glowing_eye, the tag "vanishing," and then the person tagging it glowing_eyes and the image ending up with both tags.

Would,say, Kakashi from Naruto fit under this description tag?

If his eye was glowing, then yes. It also frequently applies to characters whose faces or eyes are hidden in shadow, with only one eye glowing.
