We may want to cleanup and maintain the distinction between reflection symmetry and rotational symmetry. Either keep the tags separate, or introduce reflection_symmetry and make symmetry the umbrella tag.
+1 for reflection_symmetry; or reflective_symmetry.
Actually, I prefer the latter, to be in line with the rotational_symmetry that is not rotation_symmetry.

-1. Rotational symmetry has always been a dicey tag, since it's supposed to cover a much more specific case than the phrase alone would imply. This implication would make the confusion worse.
