Site load times?

Is there something going on right now with the site? It takes quite a while to load the main page, as well as other pages, and sometimes pictures will not load at all, while others are blank with the little red x in the corner.

Is this just a problem that is being fixed, or can I blame it on my computer? Anyone else having similar problems?

I think there is something going on, but no idea what. Usually when a page is taking too long to load, I just click the link again and it loads normally. I give it 3 seconds before re-clicking, seems to be the right time for me.

Danbooru is pretty slow overall.
