Orientation of characters & background don't match?

Is there a tag for when the characters in the foreground and the scenery in the background don't seem to be at the same angle?

I've seen this a few times and thought about bringing it up, but I keep moving on and forgetting about it.

Error? Probably not a good idea to use it, but it's the closest I can think of.

but then the images don't qualify as such.

Personally, I like UTW's suggestion.

post #1044462 is another candidate. Compare the apparent "down" direction of the characters and the foreground tree with that of the wall, background vegetation and clouds.

Another issue with that post is its parody tag, which was applied by the uploader. Is the picture a fine_art_parody?

That seems like it would fit a good number of surreal images as well as fisheye images where the foreground is not subject to the fisheye effect.
