Artist removals

I think I'll create a consolidated thread for these.

I'd still think that all the banned artists should have an implication to a banned_artist or similar tag for people who upload their work here and don't know about the removal request.

Should I edit Artist: banned artists and Howto:upload?

akashirokai is banned.

kyara36 is banned.

melting scarlet is banned.

Albert recently purged all of kumaori jun's works. I've updated the banned artist list and the artist's wiki.
