The artist closed or privated their old accounts on the latter tag and has started using the accounts associated with the former whilst reposting some of their old works. For example: post #9371377 on their old account and post #12137078 on the new.

An at least partial reason for this is that they claim they were shadow banned on their old account: https://x.com/Akage_club/status/2074076931822416372

The Twitter display name of the former tag is 神奈27 which translates to Kanna 27, which is the same name the account associated with the latter goes by. Something artists they collaborate with verify: https://x.com/nfj_la/status/2088240618825032031

You can see here that they took the contents of post #7103440 and added it to a Tweet about their new account's follower count: https://x.com/Akage_club/status/2085350253679743007. The image has been revised and you can see a bit extra on the image on the bottom right, so they obviously still have the original file.

I'm not sure what to do here.
Though the old entry has more posts but the source twitter account has been disappeared.
The artist may have opened a new source account (twitter & others) and reposting his/her old works with new watermark along with their new ones.
