rating:e fails due to query problem

Searching for rating:e returns an unfiltered set with the following error message:

> Error: Error: PGError: ERROR: canceling statement due to statement timeout : SELECT COUNT(*) FROM posts p WHERE true AND p.rating = 'e'

rating:q and rating:s fail similarly. Oddly enough, searches for a combination of tags, of which one is rating:e, do not fail.

This'll happen for any sort of complex or nonindexed query.
