Your first example post has only been up for a day, chill out and wait a bit longer. Also, all works for the same artist is judged separately, just because one is approved doesn't mean that all the other ones will.
This one is pretty good and it's the only one out of the batch that got deleted. Why?

Probably because it's very sketchy. After a bit of pondering though I think it's fine so I undeleted it.
Not my upload but is this one ok its even already translated.

There's an awkward blur band in the middle that would tip those on the fence over to non-approval. The huge grey border doesn't do it any favors either. The image itself I'd label as a borderline case.

Your guess is as good as mine. The border isn't helpful but I can't see a reason aside from not being interested in Kamen Rider/Male Focus to not approve this one.

It's honestly pretty bad. I wouldn't even know where to start, between the muddy lines, the blurry male bodies and the nonsensical anatomy.

The males bodies are drawn the same way the artist always did as they're supposed to be optional, I don't know about the muddy lines and how the anatomy are nonsensical though.

Style doesn't justify it, and male bodies are only optional in the sense that they're often omitted from the picture and represented as a floating penis. If something looks like it was drawn by a 3 years old then chances are it won't be approved. As for the anatomy, just look at the left girl's stomach, which is a sphere that starts in the middle of her torso, or at how her vagina is as big as her breasts. The breasts themselves look like they're facing opposite sides and are coming out of her armpits, plus there's the issue of the copypasted face.
