Pixiv has 大慈大悲孙一峰
孙 is simplified Chinese, so assuming Mandarin I get Daci Dabei Sun Yifeng. However I found 大慈大悲 and 一峰 each together as a unit only in a Japanese dictionary, not a Chinese one. Also he lists his location as Japan.

It is Chinese. You'll see that if you Google it. Also, locations in Pixiv mean next to nothing. I've seen the location claimed as Iceland more times than I can count.

This is just me, but I like to combine the Chinese partials that Google spits out to lessen the amount of words, unless the artist in question gives some other way to delineate their name. So for the above, I'd name him dacidabei_sunyifeng.
