Apparently, pool #1387 is "win".

Well, either we keep it or we make a heart_pasties tag, but I don't know that we need a *_pasties tag for every shape...
If we are going to keep track of heart shaped pasties, they should be a tag. Having a pool for posts with a specific object in them is backwards.

I was inclined to get rid of it, but I just made it public for now instead, so it can't be a "favorites" pool. We do have pools for other body parts, e.g. pool #109 for feet, pool #1168 for legs, etc.

Added a heart_pasties tag, linked it in the wiki and deleted the pool.

When a pool is set to private, only the person who created the pool may add or remove posts from it.
This is for situations where the masses cannot be trusted, and only one person with (hopefully) good judgement decides what goes into the pool. Think of it as a form of quality control.
A prime of this is the "Making Love" pool (pool #544). Given the subject matter of the pool, I don't think I would trust the Internet with the power to freely add or remove anything from it.

It's a subjective pool, though. Making it public allows people to correct mistakes, not just make them; it balances out. Instead, we're stuck with a single person's judgment. If it's so difficult a subject that group consensus can't even it out, it should be deleted.
But I already ranted about this back on page 7.

(I figured its better to ask here instead of making a new thread)
A new thread would have been better; I can't help but rejoin the argument...
Updated
There is no point in having a pool be public that is just a doujin or something like pool #707 where one person posted the entire series or actively watched for new posts in the series. An active public pool shows up on everyone's dropdown, an active private pool only shows up on the person who created it's dropdown.
True that sometimes its good for a pool to be private if they can maintain it well, but what if they can't? Sometimes I'm annoyed when I want to make modifications to the descriptions and stuff to an old pool, only to find out its private. I think it'd be helpful if privileged members can modify them if they wished, or something.
pool #1434 appears created by mistake (when pool #1342 was intended)
I'm not sure pool #1442 is necessary when it's bound to be a bunch of characters already covered by ex tags (ex-meiling, etc.) and little else.
Others, less popular targets may be covered by tags, as well, with either similar specific tags, like the existing ex_letty tag, or a broad ex-mode / ex-character tag.
pool #1165 only has one pic and it's almost the same as one in pool #9
i don't know if it's like that for a reason, but if not they could just be merged
It's actually the same series, though not not ordered properly. Apparantly it was posted and pooled twice.
It's also set to private, so I can't fix the order. I still don't really see much to private pools so long as we are not allowing pools for private purposes.
Three images are hidden for regular members due to being tagged loli.
pool #1447 (compare: pool #267)
pool #1333 (Pokemon - Moemon [ranphafranboise]) - covered by ranphafranboise moemon search.
