Just to explain, loli is a pretty specific tag here, it is only for explicit images with (visually clear) underage girls. One major reason for that tag's existence is ads that don't want to be shown alongside that type of image.
So by our definition of the tag, your image is not loli.

I think it means:
"I mistagged that image loli without knowing that I couldn't view the image thereafter, let alone remove the tag. As the one who added the tag, I am asking, please remove it for me."
