No, they're different pics.

One's a scan from MonMon Works, and the other is from MonMon Land EX or smth.

I can't say if there was tracing involved, but if there was, the artist himself did it.

Reasoning: attempt to complete pool #1099

Would like elaboration on why post #555192 and post #533420 were deleted after both had been approved (the latter for several weeks, the former for a few hours) and with rather undescriptive (at least to me) deletion messages. They violate no danbooru rule I know of (they're not nude filters, for example). Anyone?

Both of them are photoshop edits, which are not allowed.

They were probably approved because it was not realized at first that they were edits.
