Is there a name for these types of sweaters as seen in post #1279556, post #1028863, post #1022908, post #1114446? As in, the type with a very loose neck/collar/whatever you call it.
Wondering if it's something taggable or if sweater and off_shoulder is sufficient enough.

Just did a very preliminary search through google, but it would seem that neckline type is referred to as a "off the shoulder" or "off-the-shoulder" neckline.

So should I go with something like off-the-shoulder_sweater or stick with tagging sweater and off_shoulder? I'm not partial to either one but it would be better with another opinion.
No, tag them pullover off_shoulder
Edit: Hmm, actually, pullover just seems to refer to "as opposed to buttons or a zip". post #1028863 is nothing special, and alice is just wearing a sweater too big for her, but post #1114446 seems worth it's own tag (and possibly already has one) for "wide neck that falls past the shoulders" (though I have no idea how you'd keep such a garment from slipping down).

Even dresses and tops have off-the-shoulder variants. Better to stick with sweater off_shoulder, since off_shoulder tag is flexible enough.
Fair enough. Thread already fulfills two criteria for me: one for tagging purposes and the other for knowing what kind of sweater it is.
I'll be sticking with off_shoulder then.
