I'm used to seeing exaggerated differences in faces in senpai/kouhai dynamics (and it might be exaggerated a bit more in this image), but I was mainly referring to the bodies (like tapnek was describing). If the girl on the left wasn't in the image to use as a comparison, I would be a bit more open to tagging it loli.

At first glance it does look like it, but the waist is quite cinched in. Hard to tell from that angle/pose I guess.
