There are a few around, like http://code.google.com/p/imgbrd-grabber/ ~ i don't know if they still work good, if at all, since the danbooru2 update.
Best bet is just google and look out for recently updated programs/scripts.
Although since the amount of favorites for normal users was increased to 20,000 you might not even need it anymore :)
Grabber works fine. The only thing that broke is that old Grabber can't recognize special tag types anymore (artist, copyright, character). I notified the developer about Danbooru 2 right after it's live and he released version 3.2.7 that fixed this.
Be careful about 'Images per page' when using its batch download feature though. Grabber still keeps its default for this at 1000 while the new Danbooru only has 200 max per page. If you don't manually change this parameter to 200 or lower, the software will only download 200 images (first page) no matter how high you set 'Images limit'.
