These posts are currenlty tagged with a lot of alternate_* tags, which is inappropriate, since this is a canon form/costume for her. In the story, she uses this form to disguise as a human. I think this form should receive a character tag, but I'm not sure what qualifier should be used( Futatsuiwa_Mamizou_(qualifier_here) ). I'm thinking of _(human) or something like that. This tag should then implicate the base character tag.

I'm in favor of something like Futatsuiwa_Mamizou_(human). Hell, if I was actively looking for pics of her in that form, I would tag it that way as well.
I don't know anything about the story, but is there any reason you can't just use futatsuiwa_mamizou disguise?

I didn't know we had such a tag. With disguise, we can get rid of pool #5808.
disguise sounds like something that should be obvious, such as her ears/tail showing when disguising as another character, or post #1264483.
Given that we have images of her disguising as many different characters, I think using a character tag instead of disguise for the case in the OP is still the better option. Otherwise it would be very hard to find that form.

This sounds best. I mean, it's the same person just in different clothes. She hasn't transformed into an animal or a mahou shoujo or something like that. There was a similar discussion in forum #4721:

Lets put it this way, we don't have separate tags for the StrikerS versions of Nanoha and Fate, and they are waaaaay more obviously different (considering the extra 30 cm in height and BOOBS) from the original and A's versions than the Shoushitsu versions of Haruhi and Yuki.

I'd like to reserve forbidden_scrollery for posts that actually reference the manga's plot as well as cover art.
And there's no way to tell that this appearence will be limited to one manga.
And we already have fujiwara_no_mokou_(young) (actually "mortal") who only appeared in CiLR,
and saigyouji_yuyuko_(living).
