create alias leon_s_kennedy -> leon_scott_kennedy

Reason: Full name, but standing tag is a common rendering, I guess.

Middle names are a weird thing, usually we don't include them at all, but if we do it's either to disambiguate or because they're just overwhelmingly referred to with the middle name. So we'd go with whichever of "S" or "Scott" is more common.

"Scott" has been spelled out in-game (at the least, in his RE3 epilogue), but which has been more common in official materials, I don't know.
