Griffin tag needs to general

I noticed in tagging post #1110617 that there were two character tags that needed to be general tags: griffin and salamander.

I was able to fix the latter one, but the former seems locked as a character tag. This might be because of forum #7975, in which gryphon was aliased to griffin and was improperly set as a character tag at the time.

Done.

The reason you couldn't switch griffin yourself is because it has more than 50 posts. Users below builder can only change category of <=50 post tags.

Ah, thanks. I didn't realize there was a tiering to that.
