I think the fast food uniform tag could be expanded to include convenience store (Lawson, Family Mart, 7-Eleven) uniforms, and other kinds of retail stores (HMV). Pretty similar visual with them to me, at least. Could be named employee_uniform, I guess?
The generalized employee_uniform sounds preferable.

I think employee uniform would make fast food uniform redundant as a tag. Unless we want to do subtags for specific kind of stores, business, and jobs.
If we are to go through, though, I think the implication chain should be
create implication employee_uniform -> uniform
create implication fast_food_uniform -> employee_uniform
