The best thing is, even though she's a powerhouse this Yuuka isn't a psycho yandere sadist Yuuka, as far as I can tell. She's practical Yuuka. Can't declare a spell card? Use a rock to shield yourself and to attack, and maintain a deadpan expression the whole time.
Also, we have a knockout with NO clothes ripping. What is this series coming to?
Why doesn't she, you know, MOVE. I mean, those wings aren't just for decoration, as far as I can tell. And it isn't like Yuuka's running. She's strollin' like a bawss, like how she would strut around her sunflower field.

There's also the fact she's a fairy, and as such not the brightest of Gensokyo's residents...for that matter, she also isn't the one of that lot who has the most common sense.

Sunny is about as smart as every other fairy, possibly a little more. Which pretty much means she's on the lower-middle of the bottom. Fortunately she's a fairy so she won't die permanently.
I admit part of why I want Yuuka/Mima to win here is because the winners of this match gets to face Reimu/Yuyuko in the next match (unless another round of randomization is done). Having the fairies win with an upset would be interesting the first time, but then Reimu/Yuyuko would just stomp them.
Having said that, I fully approve of the hilarious way Yuuka is winning here. Not just an overpowering blast of danmaku, but something fresh and unique. Inasmuch as a Giant Rock is unique, anyway.

Oh I'd say that Sunny is quite bright, in her own way.

Actually not all danmaku is light based. In the manga Sunny managed to deflect few of Yukari's light based danmaku (unlike the other two.) Then Yukari used different kind of danmaku and she was toast.
And she couldn't do anything on Cirno's ice based attacks on Fairy Wars (expect try to shoot her first.)
I think the best part is Yuuka didn't even swing/throw the rock at Sunny. She sort of just handed it to her and let the weight and gravity do the rest!
