Nanoha made a 64 kilometer diameter explosion at one point with Divine Buster only and took out an anti-magic reinforced STAB using magic. That pretty much shits all over on a tactical nuke. You just failed with your claim, good sir.

Actual reason for superiority: An F-22 can be mass-produced, and ordinary people can be trained to pilot them, and as such they can handle multiple angles of a battle and even multiple battlefields simultaneously, and losses can be replaced without too much difficulty. Nanoha, while far more impressive, is one of a kind.

You seen the price tag on an F-22? There's a joke in the military that given current trends in 20 years the US armed forces will have one plane that consumes half their budget. The Air Force will fly it for half a day, the Navy the other, and the Marines every 4 years on Feb 29th.
