Kogasa made the cardinal mistake of chin-ups and pull-ups: starting with your elbows locked. No wonder she can't do any from that position.

Mizuki-san notes in his Pixiv description that back in the day, he could to 10-20 pull-ups easily, thanks to some part-time work in the painting industry. He could even lift himself parallel to the ground. (Presumably, he means just his legs...) Now, however, he's but a shadow of his former self.

He also notes that if you hit the Enakyou service area (on the Tokyo-bound side) in the daytime, the junk food served from the carts there looks awesomely good.

Ah this should go in nostalgia pool... then again this is more like truth for most of us. I can't even do one. Odd since I can lift heavy items, but I guess my arms don't want to bend when it comes to lifting there own owner for a simple vertical movement...

Haven't done that for a long time XD

I haven't been able to do a pull up since I was 8. However, my legs and back are very, very, very strong (I can lift 3 times my weight with my legs and 4 times my weight with my back).

I am a NEET, and even I can do 20

i never could ever do pullups myself, really, just something about them I could never pull off. then again i was a skinny scrawny kid with basically no upper body strength of any sort until late jr. high. all my strength was in my legs
