Actually, Fate/Zero's Beserker's Mad Enhance isn't as powerful as Heracles. He loses his cognitive mental capabilities but is still able to think. He's a raving madman with weapons, but still able to think tactically.

Not quite, Fate/zero berserker has Eternal Arms Mastership rank A+, which allow's him to fight on his full potential even with mental difficulty.
Mad Enhancement B: Rank up for all parameters, but takes away most of sanity C: Rank up for all parameters except Luck and Mana, but in exchange one can no longer think and speak properly
Heracles mad enhancement is B, while Fate/Zero is C. Personal Skill Eternal Arms Mastership + Noble Phantasm Knight Of Honor combo is too overpowered. Not to mention his monstrous stats Strength: A Agility: A+ Mana: C Luck: B Endurance: A Strength, endurance and agility with A, this is one goddamn war machine!
