Admittedly with Kogasa there, I'm surprised the sun is out.

Then again, maybe the weather manipulation powers are more along the lines of whichever is the most inconvenient for the occasion.

Yeah, I can almost feel that heat since it's painted so well.

It's winter here... but when I saw the first two panels, I felt like I was about to start sweating.
