Did the doujinshi progress any further than the part where Letty leaves Shinra? I fell in love with how Letty was portrayed in Advent Cirno and this doesn't match with my memories of the face Letty (ver. Advent Cirno) would make, so I got curious as to whether we saw more about what became of Letty.

Advent Cirno herself was pretty epic in her depiction. One of the best ones.
I think maybe he got too busy with Yumekui Merry when it went anime. (Maybe)?
I for one was sadden by this fact, but still hold onto one of the copies of "Break Time" in my shelves with wrapping and dust free. But to guess, i think Letty turns evil by some weird work (or a monster she could not defeat) kind of like Sephiroth (After all, it was based with some Final Fantasy 7 moments) and if it indeed have an end, Cirno would battle Letty while trying to get over the fact she is fighting Letty and focusing on what is corrupting her. After the battle, just before Letty vanishes, she congratulates Cirno for becoming a hero and dies in her arms. Then the ending would end where Cirno is 'Slightly' older and visits the school. She meets possibly another made up character with some similarity between her young self and the cycle would repeat in some way. At least that is what I want to believe.
