Part of me would want to translate リア充 as 4chan slang "normalfag", but I figure it doesn't convey the meaning enough to translate it as such.

I think that would make more sense than real-life-ers. It is easier to pronounce and I am pretty sure most people would know the meaning right away.

Pretty sure there's someone represented as Kaguya in this comic so Eirin's experience with otaku goes beyond her clientele.

"Mundanes" is a more general way to translate riajuu, but it doesn't carry quite the same connotations (riajuu generally implies [one half of] a couple, specifically the so-sweet-it's-sickening kind).
