Umbrella x-ray, gotta love it. I wonder if they x-ray'd the actual umbrella, or the manifestation and somehow got that picture

Pneumonia... While I understand that staying at the hospital can be costly, it's probably better to spend a bit more than to come in for a treatment all the time.

30 minutes and not even a note? What is this madness?

Before Translation: Kogasa's umbrella is the cause of the disease? It must suck having to go outside in a hailstorm then.

I don't understand... what does visiting mean? Like intensive caring?

Getting admitted to a hospital is expensive - it's cheaper if the doctor that's covered by your insurance is able to treat you, rather than a doctor at the hospital.

unless by some miracle the hospital treats it for free...

I remember being admitted to a hospital due to a bad case of acidity... I thought I'd have another attack when I saw how expensive it was.

Hospital treatment for a minor pneumonia case? I only got an antibiotic capsule treatment for it, no hospitalization required, and I had two lobes inflamed.

    should we change it back?
I mean, yes we should, but that'd feel kinda rude towards him... though as far as I know he did the same with ChaosKnight's translations... kind of a moral question... anyway, anyone any ideas what to do now?

At first, I thought the punchline was gonna be that Sanae had no damn idea what they were talking about in the hospital medical lingo. Then I scroll down and it turns out things are being change to spanish...

Why not just make a child post or something for the spanish version?

I'm pretty sure he's just a Spanish-speaking user who doesn't understand how things work around here. In the past, he's uploaded one piece of self-made work and added random Spanish note comments to pictures.

Someone who can understand Spanish should probably have a chat with him to clear things up.

Edit: Dear lord, this isn't the first one he's changed to Spanish. Gonna have to go through his note history...

You can't upload the same image twice, though.

Having two translations might be feasible with slightly displaced bubbles.

Pretty sure that'd clutter images up like mad if we started doing that. Until Danbooru, or perhaps Danbooru 2 can simply toggle between different sets of translations, probably shouldn't do that.

Why not make children with German translations? French? Korean? Chinese? Russian? Arabic?...

If there's enough demand for Spanish translations, the simplest solution would probably be to create a mirror site or subdomain with Spanish language translation notes. The next simplest (which I doubt would be simple at all) would probably be to add a language setting in user profiles that determines which set of translation notes become visible. But whatever is done for Spanish, there's no reason not to do the same for any other arbitrarily chosen language. Some solutions would work fairly well with an arbitrary number of languages, but others would quickly become nightmares.

It’s not a medical treatment without hospital stay and IV drip :D

There are different ways you get pneumonia. It could be viral, bacterial, fungal, or some sort of other lung-irritant response. If you got anti-biotic and got cured w/o hospitalization, you got an easy case.

If he requires I.V. and has fever, his case is no longer minor (like you have), though it's not enough to be too serious yet (i.e. coughing blood out). If they're forcing you to stay, then you're in bit of trouble as that means they don't know what kind of pneumonia you have.

Eh? So it's not influenza or something, it's pneumonia!?
Will you get admitted to the hospital?
    Understood.
The IV drip will be at actual cost, though.
    No, it's not the flu.
    Tatara Kogasa
    It's not the flu.
    It's So Painful, Kogasa-San!
    Hmm, this would be pneumonia.
I don't mind you coming in as an outpatient, either.
    Admitted to the hospital..
Wait, what did you just look at to decide that!?
    Inaba Credit Union
    I'll do outpatient.
    It's still only minor.
