Yeah, that is why it is hard for me to think of them as childhood friends, what with Rinnosuke being a lot older. Plus she has the life-span of a human.

She becomes a hakutaku youkai during the full moon. The rest of the times she's completely human.

does this means for every month, she is one day younger compare to others?

P sure we don't know Keine's age, so her Hakutaku half could indeed mean that she ages slowly like Rinnosuke, unconfirmed either way as far as I know.
