Better to have large res than low res. You can click on resize image(or change your account settings to always show resized images) or temporarily change your screen resolution just to read these 3+1 doujins.

It goes along the base saying of "X will be X"
Like "Kids will be kids" or "Theives will be Thieves" etc etc.
Its a saying that means whatever "X" is, you shouldn't be surprised that they act in a certain way. "Kids will be Kids" is the most common one. Meaning, you should'nt be all that surprised or mad that kids will end up acting their age and do something stupid.

In this instance, what Kasen means is that she shouldn't be all that surprised that Rinnosuke seems to prioritize his own shop over Reimu's education. Because he's a businessman and he needs to make a profit.

That makes sense, though it seems kind of unprompted... unless Kasen is mistaking Rinnosuke's apathetic "well what can you do" for actively wanting Reimu to work for him instead of study.

I don't think it's all that unprompted. Kasen isn't as love-struck/Stalker as some of the other girls here so I just take it to mean she personally doesn't know Rinnosuke enough yet.
