Too much overwriting of character traits. Saber acting like Hermione is no good, nor does Waver fit the Snape character. Gil being the Draco stand-in works but Chibi Gil was a nice kid in Hollow Ataraxia so it's still not a perfect fit.

Yes. I'd put Kayneth as DADA or Pots teacher, and he can be Snapesque snarky too. I'd put Waver on Hermy's boot, plus maybe Iskey on on Ron's position (or maybe one of his brothers, if that's the case Arturia could work as Ron). Gil as Draco would still work resonably well.
