The flagging reason should probably be worded differently as alot of other series here by japanese artists are also webcomics. I also think the particular comic pages that deal solely on pokemon are good enough to stay here.

There isn’t really any point in uploading webcomics that are freely available in English. Japanese webcomics tend to be uploaded here so that they can be translated to English, because otherwise most people wouldn’t be able to enjoy them.
True. Do flaggers often spot "advertising for hits" at random? I uploaded this pic and I'm not making a cent for it, much like I spent months tagging posts and editing wikis here with no paycheck.

We have 30 pages of search results for comic english, though. (which is a relatively small number, either because English comics are undertagged or because we simply don't have that many of them)

It's not about not having fun here, it's about convenience. There's no reason to post these comics here, because if you wanted to read them, you could just go to the original website.

and what if by some chance, people (like myself) have never heard of this guy so wouldn't have known about the website? We would be missing out, but thats ok it's an english comic we're alowed to miss out on it seeing how it has a website that some of us might not have known about if it wasn't for it apearing on danbooru in the first place.

Differently, searching the comics by using Danbooru's tags and pools is even more convenient to me than navigating the original site's archive. (Provided I want to see some comic that was upload to Danbooru, of course; most weren't.)
The ideal solution it would seem (and the one already in effect) is to just upload the better ones so people have a sample of the artist's work and can go to his website if they are looking for more.
