OHKO attacks like Guillotine can work more often than not when you equipped a Wide Lens. I have a Smeargle with Guillotine, Horn Drill, Fissure, and Sheer Cold with a Wide Lens equipped and he almost never misses. Something like 4/5 times he will hit.

That's not true. OHKO moves ignore changes in accuracy and evasion. The only thing that would make a OHKO move more accurate is using it against a pokémon with lower level. The formula is as follows: Accuracy = ((level of user - level of target) + 30)%. Besides, if the opponent has higher level than the user, the move doesn't work at all.

Yupyup! But an additional funfact, a smeargle can learn a moveset for instant kills that always hit, just have him sketch A move like mind reader or lock-on, then instant kill move of your choice, and ev buff his defense states and you can have an irritating fight, maybe not difficult, but irritating nonetheless. (Of course this is assuming the smeargle is even level to the opponent.)
