I open it in Photoshop, use the colour selector tool and click on the writing, double click on the newly appeared colour in the palette on the left, and a "details" window opens up. It contains various info on that colour, including the HTML code that you put into the Danbooru note to make it that exact colour.
I think there are other programs you can get just for clicking on images and getting the HTML colour code, you could try googling for them if you don't have Photoshop, like "color identify program" or something.
