I could be wrong. There's a reason I stuck partially_translated on this one; only reason I gave it a shot is 'cause no one else was. :3 I hope the slow update speed didn't cause all the previous translators to abandon this series.
Far as I can tell, though, it's 'Doko da yooooo' (lit. just 'Where's' + emphasis; I assume the shift to katakana is meant to indicate an increasingly rough or hoarse voice). Is there something I'm missing?
