Rockman Dash or otherwise known as Megaman Legends, one of the best Megaman game in the franchise. Good story, great gameplay, and I believe the 1st 3D Megaman game. Sadly, MML never got to 3 despite some development, and had to make the Bad Boxart Megaman (the American box art with the yellow linings + beer belly) as a character in Capcom X Tekken with the MML as the bios, almost as if they want to say this is what happened to Megaman why he can't be on MML3.

It's a cutscene from Megaman Legends, near the end of the game.
You can look at it here if you want to... they appear at 3:37-ish. For some reason, Youtube's very tight-lipped with these cutscenes, just showing me nothing but god damn Let's Plays, so this'll have to do.
I don't think Darth Sirov's info-dump was rather needed. It seems assumed near the end.
Oh, and I just spotted the "pantyhose" tag. Nice to see you've all got your eyes screwed in, I NEVER would have spotted that, not in a bloody lifetime.
