Koa being called out by Sakuya is something that I would've expected a while ago.

Koa is just clueless of what she is going to do now.

Dialogue seems to indicate that Sakuya may have stopped time and come back after doing something. Or she's really just that peeved at Koa.

Of course, this is mere speculation.

Based on the strip two days following, I believe I actually misinterpreted her line in panel 3. The trouble is, there's no stated subject or object, and the verb form is "-sasete morau". "-sasete" can mean "make (someone) do" or "allow (someone) to do", and "morau" is the casual verb for "to receive/have someone do something". So "matte morau" would be "have (someone) wait". But "matasete morau" could mean "make (someone) wait" or "allow (someone) to wait", depending on context.

Since Sakuya's waiting outside the room two strips from now, it's got to be the latter meaning. Koakuma's response is a miserably guilty offer to leave the room instead, so Sakuya can remain inside (and closer to Patchouli).

The line's been fixed.
