It's a nice picture, but there's one thing that really bothers me. The change in size of the penguins as you go from right to left gets really abrupt, and I don't think you can blame it on perspective. I think the penguins taking the family photo there should be moved up and to the left a bit to make them look further away. Otherwise it looks like that baby penguin is towering over the adult one.
