I wonder if Sakuya is setting up a moral test for the koakuma here. Will she admit to not knowing how it got all cleaned up, or will she take credit for Sakuya's work?

Check the two previous strips, not just the last one. Koakuma cleaned up about half the mess between post #1144796 and post #1145755; Sakuya came by to find her asleep, but Koa's sleep-talking caused Sakuya to feel sorry for her and finish the job between post #1145755 and this one.

Sakuya did much more than just clean up.

Indeed. There were two bookshelves in the previous comic and four of them now. The room grew.

This is heartwarming.

Sakuya helped out Koakuma after seeing that she tried at least to clean up and Patchy being impressed and happy about it.

This comic series has alot going on at the same time.
